Memorial Design & Sales Counselor

Sears Monument Company is looking for a personable, organized, and motivated Memorial Design & Sales Counselor to join our team.

This is a unique sales position that combines customer service, creativity, design, and organization. You will work directly with families to help them create meaningful memorials that reflect the life and story of their loved one.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with walk-in, phone, and online customers
• Help customers select and design memorials based on their vision, budget, and cemetery requirements
• Create computer-assisted memorial drawings and proofs
• Prepare contracts and sales paperwork accurately
• Gather cemetery and installation information
• Communicate with customers throughout the ordering, production, and installation process
• Maintain an organized, professional office

You will be the primary point of contact for your customers and responsible for following each order from the initial conversation through installation.

• Comfortable learning computer-based design software
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects at once
• Self-motivated and dependable

No monument experience is required. Training is provided.

Work Location: 1707 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday appointments.

Compensation: Commission-based pay with earning potential of $40,000+ annually

Benefits: Health insurance available after 90 days.
